3 miles - recovery type run


I ran 16 miles yesterday.


Hey guys! Sorry I have been gone but in early July I had a job change -- and it changed my whole schedule. (The job change is a good thing)


My training is actually a little bit better than last year. To have continued to run a marathon training plan and change my whole schedule has been threading a needle, and quite stressful. But I am feeling good about MCM13!


I hope everyone's plan is going well.

    My training has been good so far also, feeling the higher mileage weeks been doing some 70 miles ones.  Yesterday was  8.5 in awful conditions 100% humidity and about 88 we did 5 X1000 with 1 min of rest with the last two at VO2 max, they hurt!
