I just started C25K last week. I've done the W1 workout 4 times in the last week and I've done 2 boot camps in addition. I'm 53 years old and am about 25lbs overweight. I feel good about the program and think I'm going to do W1 2 more times before moving on to W2. Tonight my shins are really bad, it was hard to finish and I've been putting ice on them since I arrived at home. Any suggestions for stretches or something to help with the shin pain?
