Im a collegant offensive lineman. My season and winding down and ive decided it will be my final one. ive been wanting to lose weight and get back to a healthy weight. I started dieting about 2 weeks ago and have lost 15lbs which brings me down to 260 was wanting to start running and have some. i can do 1.5 miles in about 15 minutes and thats about my limit. was wondering what kind of running and how often i should be doing it
