I am 53 and started 5k about 2 yrs ago. Now I am hooked. Although I jog instead of running I need better breathing techniques. Any advise?
What makes you think your breathing techniques need work?
Running is running, whether you call it jogging or not. Since you aren't very specific about what you're doing/trying to do, breathing-wise, I'll refer you to a recent thread for ideas. After reading through that, ask any further questions.
Try breathing in through your nose and out through your mouth.
