Web site to track a team's training distance???

Hi all,

Some friends of mine have just gotten together, and we've committed to running 100km (600mi) next year.  So we want a web site where each of us can log our miles every day, on our way to 1000km.  The web site would allow us to create a group, add our distance, and see each other's progress.  Some social features would be great, too, but the main feature we want is to track our miles -- altogether but on one web site.

I haven't found anything like this.  Does anyone know of anything??

Thanks so much!!

Not sure if this is what you need:

I do not really understand how you plan on actually measuring the miles that you do. I personally use a gps sport watch. In the webpage of this particular brand, you can log in your individual activities and you also have some social possibilities so it might do the trick for you. Of course the main problem is that you would need to buy the gps watch(es). The page I use is this one: http://connect.garmin.com/features

A less expensive option would be to track your runs with the gps in your mobile phone and use a free web such as this: http://www.endomondo.com/login Some friends of mine use it and say it is ok but I have no personal experience with it.

Finally, if you plan on running in marked courses and you want to upload the data manually, another alternative might be https://www.sportlyzer.com/ , although I am not sure on the social aspect on this one.

    Current PB:

    5k: 20:12 (December 31st 2012)

    10k : 42:30 (March 9th 2014)

    Half Marathon: 1:35:27 (February 3rd 2013)

After completing my 10th HM it's marathon time! The goal is set for March 15th (tentatively at 3h20min, but it sound like science fiction at the moment so I might adjust it down).
