What kind of yoga did you do today? Maybe a question will revitalize this community.
I did a 40-minute power yoga session for beginners for weight loss. I've been doing that twice a week for about 2 weeks now, along with a led session on Fridays.
I go for running every alternative day and the other days I do a 15-20 minutes yoga session at home. After basic stretching out I generall follow it up with a 15 sets of Surya-Namaskara. And finish the session with some more cool downs (stretching again). I have found surya-namaskara to be a good full-body exercise.
