Adult Running Camps

Has anyone ever been to running camp? I'm 26, so youth camps desinged for high schoolers are out of the question...but, I've been checking out a few of the adult camps all over the country and am wondering if anyone has any experience with any of them. Are they worth it?

I've not been, but I bet Jeff Galloway's camps are pretty good.

not me personally
did XC camps as a kid in HS and it was great but know some folks who do tri camps and it's the same concept lots of training and talking about running, training nutrtition, ect w/ other athletes. guess it would depend on how much they are
