Hi Trish. CAN Roddick upset the Swiss cheese? Sure, he can, but he won't. Why? Federer hasn't shown any sort of weakeness, aside from on clay vs. Nadal, and last time I checked, Andy's last name isn't Nadal and Wimbledon isn't played on clay.

Sorry, coming into this post a little late (I realize Wimbledon is over) but for Roddick to upset Federer at a major is impossible. Roddick has to get through in the draw to even face Federer (you can count on Federer always being in the Finals). If Roddick is lucky he will be on the other side of the draw and not have to face Federer until a final but that is even more against the odds of an upset because it would be a final round where "history" is on the line (we all see where Federer is in the history books already). Roddick is working hard but there are players who have passed him (Nadal, Djokovic, etc). The U.S. Open this year should prove very interesting to see if Roddick is on the right track or if his Final round showing last year was a fluke.
