Many people love this race and it is one of the better races. I just can't support what I feel to be nannyism.

Well that's annoying. 50 mph is basically unfathomable for me - I just couldn't even imagine that. How annoying to have to be hitting the bakes on the way down.

And yeah, nannyism is annoying. But I feel like people telling you how to live is becoming more and more rampant in our society. Not much u can do though.

Don,

Love reading your race reports. Walking away with $250 in "stuff" is awesome. I once won a free pair of running shoes and thought I was the cat's pajamas.

Hunter Kemper is the only triathlete to be featured on a Wheaties box, I believe. That was cool that he was there for that race.

Sounds like a great day! Your transition times really are solid.

Nice job on the loot, too! How fun!

How cool is it that you got to see Hunter Kemper and the elites race? Wow!
