Ernest W. Maglischo, Swimming Fastest

Has anyone read through any part of this book? What do you think?

I have Swimming Even Faster. The second version. He goes into a lot of detail. And he covers all strokes, so you are paying for more then you need just for a tri.

Says you. I plan to use freestyle, side stroke, breast stroke, doggy paddle and whatever else I can dream up to get me through the swim in my first tri.

Using one stroke for an entire swim...as if.
