Re: pose running?
Check out http://www.posetech.com/
My running form has greatly improved since I have been more conscious of my form. The pose method emphasizes posture, center of gravity, and forefoot strike with high cadence to improve efficiency of running. It takes a while to get used to, but it was worth the challenge of adopting. I am less prone to injury because of it too.

Re: pose running?
I've been doing Pose Running for about 3 months now and my times are dropping nicely. I highly recommend it. It definitely helps with injures.

Re: pose running?
I've been doing it for at least a year now. It seems really weird when you first get started but it becomes more "natural". It definitely helps my posure during runs and reduces the impact on my joints.
Happy runnning!

Re: pose running?
Yes! Times are improved. I've also dropped 10lbs so that helps as well. I've taken a good 30 seconds/mile off my pace with ease.
Give it a try!

Re: pose running?
I have been doing Pose. I started back in Nov and took a month of running to learn it and do all the drills. Most people won't like the idea of not running but how are you going to learn a new way to run if you are out there doing the old way still.

But after the month, my mile time dropped from about 9 mins to 8:15 and now I'm can do a mile in 7:30....I'm sold on Pose.
