Weeks training ended 11/4/07

All mine were easy runs - No watch, but definately really slow

Week Total of 57 easy miles for the 1st week back after my 8 week lay off for hip flexor problems.

Mikey you should join me over in the Competitive Wire...we have weekly summaries over there and with your Boston plans there's a lot of racing experience there. A lot of those guys have had or are going through lay-offs and coming back now as well.

Just saying....

I was intending to run 13 miles today, but only ran 5 miles. I had stomach issues. Whew, my stomach is still bothering me. I actually listened to my body today, so I decided to cut the run short. I am hoping to put in a few extra miles on Tuesday. I am running the Surf City Marathon on Super Bowl Sunday.

49.25 miles for the last week (I'm calling a week Sunday-Saturday, so that doesn't include today's 16 miler).

16.25 miles were run on the trail.

I averaged at 8:56.4. That's good for me, because the trail miles were much slower.
