Where to get the book cheap?  You might try your local library.  I borrowed it from a friend.

Just a side-note here, but why is the book so darned expensive? I suppose because it's out of print they can ask anything they want?

I keep hoping that the sequel will finally come out (I think it's been 3 months away for the past two years).  Maybe then they'll be the perfect excuse to reprint the original.  Screw the $100 Ebayers and sell it for $5.99.

Yes, I'd like to read it.  No, I won't pay $100 for any book that isn't required to earn a degree.
