I tried to look up the American single age road record for 10 miles at runningusa.org, but for some reason the 10 mile records don't show up. However the record for female 52 years old at 15k is 55:49, so Sue Knight's time would probably be a new record for her age. However, I found this result:

where a Sue Knight the right age and hometown ran a 35:04 net 5k. So it's gotta be a mistake like a miscoded timing chip or a screw up with race numbers or some such...
