They do! The FTW crew either runs the Trinity Trail or Overton park depending on who wants to do what.

Congratulations Pesiv! On your nuptuals and on your very respectable race time. Way to go! Looks like you've been doing some speedwork. How's your baby doing? Is he/she walking yet? Sorry, I can't remember if yall had a boy or a girl! Did you win your age group for that race?

Hi folks!

I am in Colorado, but I am coming to visit down there in November. We are staying with a friend who lives in Ft. Worth. Are there any running clubs that do Saturday morning runs or anything like that?

I should get the address or part of town we'll be in, huh?

I am so excited to come to Texas. We are coming over a very long Veteran's Day weekend and are going to go see the Cowboys vs. Eagles on Monday Night Football at Texas Stadium. I CANNOT WAIT!!!!!!

Two to three days a week and no speed work...dude, I'd say you're doing pretty darn good. I've been busting my hump lately with no where near those results. But, I haven't raced since April.

My kids didn't walk until they were a year old. I kept worrying because everybody else's kids were walking much sooner. Can't slow em down now!

Hey, keep getting fast Pesiv. Maybe I'll see ya at a race one of these days...or read about you in the papers.

How far would each leg of the relay be? What pace would you need me to run? Never done a relay before, but I would kind of like to....I think...
