Missouri runners?

Anyone out there in Missouri? I'm in the northeast corner of the state, in Hannibal.

Lived in Sedalia for 25 years. Moved to Reno Nevada 1.5 years ago.

Anyone run the Katy Trail. That was my favorite place to run when I lived there. Im going back for a visit the end of this month and hope to visit the trail while I am there.

I'm from the Washington, D.C. area but I'll be visiting Kansas City and Joplin MO this weekend. Does anyone know a good place to run in either area? I'll be staying in Downtown Kansas City at the Westin one night, and near Country Club Plaza later on.
