Re: Florida Runners 2004 Forum
Good morning all,

Sorry, I've been away for quite some time. It seems as if I got sucked into the dark side of CR, i.e. the CH. Isn't is great to be running in the cool weather now? I'm fireing up my training for Country Music half in April. Will be running that one with my BIL. I'll be using that for a jumping off point for getting ready for the Twin Cities in October.

Hope everyone's weekend went well.

Happy Trails,
Bob

Good Morning all,

Well it was pretty cool this morning. The temp was 37 in Casselberry w/ 50% humidity. I put on a long sleeve T over my drifit and that seemed to work well. Now the wind was another issue. Except for the breeze from the North, I was reminded of the weather at the Twin Cities Marathon.

Happy Trails all,
Bob

Good Morning all,

Pretty cool this morning. Here in O town it was 43 w/17mph head wind from the North. Looks like it's going to be cooler tomorrow morning. No, scratch that, it's going to be colder tomorrow morning. Stay warm, stay dry.

Happy Trails, Happy Holidays,
Bob

Same to you Floridaboiler and all fellow Floridians. Hope you all reach your goals in 2005.
I have committed to racing the Naples Half on Jan. 23rd...The Bank of America Tampa Bay Marathon, Boston (YIKES!), and the San Diego Rock and Roll Marathon. Wake me when it's all over. How about you guys? Take care.

WOW. I haven't visited here in a while. Too busy hanging out in Multisport. Aside from Floridaboiler, where'd everybody go? Anyone running Miami Tropical Jan. 30?

Re: Florida Runners 2004 Forum
It's right chilly this morning. I think you can offically call it cold with the temps drop in the 30's.
