Visiting NYC this week

Hey gang. I'll be in NYC on business for the next week. I'll be busy evenings, but I'm up for meeting the locals for coffee or lunch if it works out. Anyone?

I'll be staying in Midtown and running, probably in Central Park, most days. I'll be wearing a hat patterned after the Texas flag. Wave at me! Say hi!

Check out the Hudson River Bike Path as well. Nice change of scenery. I'll wave in the the park if your are out there around 5:30-7:00 am. It looks like you are quite a bit faster than I am, otherwise I'd join you for a run.

If you are close to the park than you are not to far from the NY Road Runners Club! 91st and 5th....a great Runner's Haven!

The NYRRC is on 89th, between 5th and Madison, and across from the Gugenheim. But the entrance to the Park at 5th and 90th is a major one for runners, and the reservoir is right there.
