Unusual topic...

What do most people wear under their jogging shorts. Recently I have had some problem with chafing below the waist. With my nipples I have an easy solution. Duct tape. Come off easy after sweating 10 miles or so but I don't know that it would work on the sensitive bits downstairs. Anyone else have this problem? any tips on any undergarments that might help?

My husband has had the same problem. He wears the tight bicycle like shorts under his running shorts (His is a bunching issue) And I agree with body glide, that stuff is great.

I also agree with Bodyglide! without it I am in rashes everywhere!
And use it for the nipples- a lot less painful to get off then ducttape(i am imagining!)
