House for sale Atlanta, Kennesaw Mountain Trails

Hello fellow runners! I live in Atlanta on the Kennesaw Mountain trail network, the best place to run in Atlanta. I am selling my house. It is a runner's dream. I have hosted an ultra marathon from the house for 3 years and have had rave reviews of both the house and the trails from all the runners.

Ron: If I only lived in the Atlanta area, I'd be all over that. What a beautiful place. Good luck with selling it. It shouldn't be too hard, I wouldn't think.

Is this area near Duluth? I have been thinking of moving to the area. I have family in Duluth.

The house (and Kennesaw Mountain trail network) is located near the town of Marietta. Marietta is northwest of Atlanta. Duluth is north-northeast of Atlanta, the two areas are about a 35 minute drive apart.
