This is awesome! We ROCK! I made it through D2 this evening--piece of cake! Not sure if it was b/c I took a couple of days off ( and a few muscle relaxers during those days) when my hip was acting up, but I was on fire tonight. Had to make myself stop at 8 min and not go for the 20 --the kind of zeal (read: idiocy) that got my hip hurt in the first place....
SlowButt--how are the Christmas lights? nyc-thanks fort he play list. Looking forward to upgrading from the techno-clubland music... Sarah, I have a child with a BUNCH of diagnoses; I really understand the need to run and let all the medical info.prognoses etc sort of soak in or wash away, maybe become clearer...
I started today limping around, not sure how I'd get throught the day let alone the run. Knew I had to give it a try at least, so I could put something here...and had my best run yet! Funny thing, I don't limp when I run. Hmmmmm...
Keep up the great work, week 6 looms for some of you; I'll finish week 5 soon, too. Anyone heard from Stacey? lizard
