I'm in Miami on business but would still like to get a few runs in either at Tropical Park or Matheson Hammock Park (the two nearest parks based on the map to which I have access) or any other reasonable suggestion near the University of Miami.

Any good running at Tropical Park or Matheson Hammock Park for someone without any trail maps or bike path routes?
