I hope someone at Cool Running can help me with this. I cannot log into my running log. Everytime I try I am directed to a message that reads as follows:

"Sorry, but we couldn't find a record for member name der L䵦er. Please click your browser's Back button to try again."

If you will notice the Läufer part is messed up. This does not allow me to access my running log. I don't know what happened or how to fix it or if I can fix it. Also in the yellow portion of the page where your start page appears this is what shows up: > Edit der L䵦er's start page<
It should read:"Edit der Läufer's start page"
Nothing like this has ever happened since I joined Kicks/Cool Running and I have always used the same member name.
Any ideas or suggestions? Thanks
