I agree! So, Xero - while you are here...can you recommend any good websites dealing with nutrition for runners? I don't necessarily need the "high carb intake" speech since I am overweight and have plenty of carbs to lose. Can you lead me to any good articles/websites?

Anybody read this one titled "Unwanted Posts"?

Moderator - How about we ban ALL politically tainted threads from this RUNNING discussion forum.
I come here to escape reality and focus on running. I find anything that reminds me of war, terrorism, economics, politics ,ect... to be offensive.

The topic "runners for Bush" or "runners for any candidate" or political cause are not wanted here so please block them and make them go away.


Hmm, I agree- we shouldn't have anything offensive here on Coolrunning!
