is this a homework problem
a couple factors not mentioned:
wind chill, clothing runner is wearing, is the running eating/drinking onthe run?, what's their pace?

just the basic their body temp will rise and they'll sweat out water, salt and electrolytes, ect. blood sugar will decrease but think that will depend on when they ate last, what they are eating during the race, and exertion level

does that help any?

Re: plz help
well I'm just a blockheaded triathlete but check the health articles on hydration and sweat rates about half down the page for this link:
http://www.insidetri.com/train/

and maybe check gatorade.com and pbn.com (I think that's personal best nutrtion website Brian over there is very smart and fast)
