Looking for Atlanta Runners

I am in town for a project and would love some insight on great runs here in Atlanta. I am training for Philadelphia Marathon and need to have a few 7 mile routes and 10 mile routes... Any insight? I would also LOVE folks to accompany on some runs.

They have a list of routes and runnning groups. What area of Atlanta are you in?
