I was wondering if anyone has done any of the open water swims in Northern California or around the Bay Area. I have been swimming my whole life and miss competing. I don't think I am quite ready for the Bay, but I know their are a few other swims around like the Catfish Open Water in Cupertino among others. I was wondering what your experience has been like doing any of these swims. I have never done an open water swim, just pool competitions. Thanks!
