Ilene, nice going on the win. And the no spitting was equally impressive.
I imagine there are many good coaches out there, but the reason I like Tinman's approach is that he takes the time to explain the physiological reasons behind why you do what you do. I am of the mindset that I cannot perform unless I understand why I do what I do. Most people perform best this way. It is a known axiom in human performance technology.
The Tinman approach is working quite well for me right now. I get mileage and quality without losing sight of where I am going, and so far I have been healthy and prepared for my next workout. I do not see that the Pfitzinger people can say the same thing. Spareribs
