I weigh myself everyday when I think I'll like what I see. But sometimes I'm sure the scale is not my friend. And I avoid it. But not for more than a week at a time.
Speaking of the scale, I weighed about 3 pounds less today than yesterday.

Today's weight was more in line with what it ought to be, so I'm using it as my baseline. Yesterday's was artificially high for a couple of reasons, I guess.
Between my crazy fluctuations and people like euphoric who add as many pounds as possible before getting on the scale (what, no coat?), I think our data is not going to be very valid.
Progress report: I started my new plan on Wednesday. So far I've been like Mary Poppins, practically perfect in every way,

but I'm hungrier today. Must remember that I received a cute little running skirt for my b'day, and as things are I'll never have the nerve to wear it outside the house.
