Sat i did 20 miles on the TM for the first time, I still have the cold and it was nasty and windy outside, so opted for the TM.

sun cold seems to be easing up, but still hanging around

Thanks Gordon. This week's plan different than most for me. I've had the stomach flu for 3 days which will be a huge help on the weight loss thread but won't help my running much! I had to miss this weekend's long run and I'm streesed about it with a marathon in 5 weeks. Anyway:

Mon- sick
Tues- sicker
Weds- sickest
Thurs- sickened
fri- rest
Sat- 3
Sun- 6

Total- 9 mi

thanks, gordon, especially for the wow i didn't get back to update the plan, but i kept to it, so the number is correct.
mr. polar says 61 days left to the göteborg HM, and the plan i'm following (smart coach on runners world) says 39 miles this week - yikes! that will be my PR for one week - and it's going to get longer...

ok, here is the plan:
mon: 6 miles - done
tues: 8 miles - done
wed: 6 miles
thurs: rest
fri: 12 miles (may be reversed with saturday, in which case
sat: rest it will be in seattle)
sun: 7 miles (in seattle)

aj!

Gordon, fine tally, and thank you so much for filling in.

Sorry about the beer fib. I came to the conclusion, since I was losing the power of hosting the thread, I needed to keep a few of my little devices just in case they're needed to coax and cajole.

As you say, there are a lot of X-trainers in this thread, so I thought I'd save you a little work by keeping my miles in the 40/40. Taper is not far away, so I shall return.

Now ... to that nap.

(Tet, you are never a zero to me)
