Many thanks Tramps for your diligence in doing this and for the wit and expertise.

This last week is only 20 miles, thanks to an injury to my ankle I suffered at DisneyWorld. All healed now so I'm okay, but my March is weak as a result:

March: 160 miles
YTD: 530 miles

145.5 That's a monthly distance PR for me by 2 miles. And Saturday's run is my longest ever by about 1/2 mile.

The Plan has me setting another monthly distance PR next month, as well as one or two more long run PR's.

Mileage for the year of 2007: 463 miles.

Personal best in the half marathon: 1:52:03.

I took some time off due to injury. But I did learn some new things about my body.
