Music

What kind of music should/do people listen to while running? I like hip/hop or anything with a fast tempo!

I have everything when it comes to music on my ipod but i have a playlist just for running. I listen to alternative rock ex. Breaking Benjamin and Mudvayne. The hard sounds push me when it comes time to climb the hills. Techno is always a good way to go too.

Listen to whatever music you enjoy listening to that will make you pumped and energized. For me, I listen to mostly rock with some hip-hop. If you like hip-hop, listen to it and enjoy the beat when you're running. Hope this helps.

I listen to trance, techno music cause its fast. I make sure they have the same tempo so the songs work like a metrodone. For my cool down period I play something slow.

I listen to everything, but usually stick to hip hop or hardcore stuff and a lil' electronica. Lately I listen to Wu-Tang's "Forever" album, "Sound Bombing II" compelation album on Rawkus Records, "The World Famous Beat Junlies: Volume 2" by the Beat junkies. For hardcore, I usually listen to some Sinai Beach or even Avenged Sevenfold (they have sweet guitar licks). And of course..... Daft Punk, just classic. And DJ Shadow.

Now I need to find new music to listen to.
