Hi all,
Sorry to get this up so late. You know how life gets in the way, right?
While you're mad at me for being tardy, I'll start making noise now for a alternate host for the thread. I have an even busier schedule coming up and could use a tag-team.
Cheers all
Egret

hermosaboy : 70.8 Did a HHHHUGH LR somewhere nicer than where we are. (Hermosa Beach) The 4 Hs: Hot Humid Hilly Hawaii. Oh and he nabs a distance PR while on vacation. There is something disturbing about that.
mcsolar99: 66 (Is this right emcee?) Has an incredible adventure. Read here if you haven?t already. http://www.coolrunning.com/forums/Forum13/HTML/009485.shtml[/URL" target="_blank">
runwun: 65.6 A nice half marathon 1:21:42 followed by a hilly ten miler. Good for the leg strength.
timlooney : 60.9 Switched out LR from Sunday to Saturday and misses the Martian Marathon. It would be interesting to know how you run these (I assume as a supported training run?) but pace-wise , what would be your goal pace? Is it constant? --
TomD : 60.6 Over three days. Yup , this is how it breaks down : M: 8.2 miles S: - 26.2 miles S: - 26.2 miles. Wow Tom.

nighthawk42: 48.1 The pattern of bigger mileage back to back after a rest day continues but with a taper involved.
dshclio : 47.6 Welcome aboard. Knocks his old marathon PR out of the park. Woot! Didn?t see a RR?
naphtali: 47.5 No further details were offered. It is what it is.
tallrunner: 46.1 Um, Tall ? don?t hit me - but. . . did coach say anything about you running down those MP repeats? If your marathon pace is 6:45 min/mile, shouldn?t you be running as close to that and not one second over or under every step of the way? Stop thinking about the Turkeynator, Man.
Karl Rysted: 44.6 includes a huge marathon PR. Huzzah!! http://www.coolrunning.com/forums/Forum13/HTML/009470.shtml[/URL" target="_blank">

rasmussenmp: 41.5 Gearing up for the Eugene marathon. Looking consistent despite the life interruptus.
egret: 41.5 Coming back. Introducing a bit of speed again and the leg is holding up. Did about 11 miles at 7:59 pace on Sunday. Pleased with that.
Breger1 : 40.7 Hi Brunger. Sorry you?re feeling a little pst-marathon let down. It happens to lots of us. Do you have some fun goal races in mind to get yourself back into anticipatory mode Bill? A body likes a goal, a change of pace, running new rotes, with different folks etc.

perchcreek: Riding downtown on the elliptical ? taking care of the PF.
Soundrunner1012: Hey Soundrunner, you can stay on. Runners who are in Boston taper mode or recovery mode can still post. We?re interested in the whole ride.
