I am going to try to get more running in this week and lots of X-training.

Sunday=30 min elliptical 1.5 miles running 1.10 hours weight training
Monday=run 3 miles
Tuesday=stairmaster 45 weights 1hr 10 min
Wednesday=stairmaster 50 min
Thursday=elliptical 25 run 1.12 mile
Friday=
Saturday=run 2.26 mile weights 30 min
totals

elliptical 55 min
stairmaster 1 hr 35 min
weight 3 hr 30 min

Here's how my week finished out:

Mon - 2 mile walk, weights/abs
Tues - 8 mile run
Wed - 2 mile walk, 7 mile run
Thurs - 2 mile walk, 6.1 mile run w/hill repeats
Fri - 2 mile walk, weights/abs
Sat - 12.2 mile run
Sun - 7.1 mile run

Total: 40.4 miles running
8 miles walking

After my last 20 miles on Wednesday I will begin tapering for the Eugene marathon. Here is what my for the week.

Monday- pilates
Tuesday - 5 miles actual 0 miles
Wednesday - 20 miles
Thursday- rest actual joga
Friday- 5 miles 3 miles
Saturday - 5 miles 4 miles
Total 35 miles
Actual miles 27 miles plus yoga, plus pilates, plus a lot of fun making a wellness path around the hospital campus where I work.

10 mile race on Saturday, so a mini-taper week for me.

Monday - 5 miles easy w/ Alberto Salazar (7:53/mi). done
Tuesday - 6x400 intervals at 5K pace; 5 miles total. done
Wednesday - rest
Thursday - 3 mile tempo; 7:46, 6:40, 7:29. done
Friday - travel
Saturday - Pear Blossom 10 Mile, Medford, OR (6:48/mi) + 2 easy miles. done
Sunday - 3 easy (8:29/mi). done

Total = 28 miles

thanks a lot for doing this for several weeks in a row now. My week is still fuzzy, all depends on recovery from last Sunday. Right now I am sore, which is expected...

Mon- 20min walking
Tue- 1000m swim
Wed- 3.11mi @ 9:43
Thur- 4.33mi @ 10:27
Fri- 1300m swim
Sat- rest
Sun- 8.32 @ 10:12

Total = 15.8mi run + 2300m swim

Thanks Gordon and yes I had my quota of chocolate. Stack of meals out to get through this week so me thinks it's time to up the mileage again. The plan:

Monday: 1 hour cycling.
Tuesday: 5 mile easy run with club friends.
Wednesday: Rest Day and 3rd time out this week for a meal!
Thursday: 9 mile mid week long one.
Friday: Rest Day
Saturday: 4 mile easy.
Sunday: 12 mile long run.

Total: 30
