My last hard week before I begin my half marathon taper.

Monday - 5 fast miles (6:55/mi). done
Tuesday - 3.25 recovery miles (8:32/mi). done
Wednesday - 7.25 miles w/ 4x1 mile at race pace. done
Thursday - off
Friday - 5.25 easy miles (7:42/mi). done
Saturday - 17.25 miles, last 5 accelerating up to race pace. done
Sunday - 3 miles recovery (8:08/mi). done

Total = 41 miles

Tue - Stretching, 200 pushups, 200 situps, hip exercises, weights
Wed - 2.6 miles on the treadmill, stretching, 100 pushups, 100 situps, 30 bench dips, weights
Thu - Stretching, 100 pushups, 100 situps, hip exercises, weights
Fri - 1 mile on the treadmill, 1 mile on the elliptical, stretching, 100 pushups, 100 situps, 60 bench dips, hip exercises, weights
Sat - Stretching, 200 pushups, 200 situps, 100 bench dips, hip exercises, weights
Sun - Nothing

Totals - 29.8 miles running, 1 mile elliptical, stretching, 700 pushups, 700 situps, 190 bench dips, hip exercises, weights
