I just read over on runningahead.com, their running community should track 2,000,000 miles this year.
There are some runners over there.
Active folks, that's about half a million dollars worth of shoe purchases. I'm sure you could do some calculations to guess at clothing, race entry fees, etc.
I couldn't get it to work with Explorer, but with Firefox it took about 2 minutes and I was done. Save it to your desktop as is, and then go to Running Ahead and follow their instructions to import it there. The whole thing took less than five minutes. I will be making a donation to Running Ahead's tip jar!!!!
I am having trouble logging in to the link posted. Is there another way to download my info?
All my runs transferred but not my cross training. Also, do they really expect us to add mileage for shoes separately from the run?
I just got my log transfered, even after I was foolish enough to send it to Active. Follow the link that was mentioned earlier. I think what was happening is that I have a space in the middle of my CR username. I didn't think about it, and just on the off-chance, decided to try it again. Whats the worst that can happen? If you have that space in the middle, go ahead and put it in. The computer filled in what it needed ( I think ), and I was SHOCKED to see my old log. After that, I followed the instructions and it stuck. I didn't even have to transfer it to Excel. Bye-bye active.
By the way, it worked with MSN. That was surprising.
