107.6, taper reverse taper and sore calves contributed to this being a low milage month for me.

Only 105.78 miles this month. This incorporated a marathon taper and a reverse taper, so I won't feel too badly.

Despite the low mileage (or maybe because of it?) I garnered TWO race PRs this month!

Boston Marathon (3:46:08) and the James Joyce Ramble 10K (48:31)

832 miles for the year

256 and 10.25 are monthly prs.
