184 today when I got up had hoped to be lighter, but the popcorn keeps jumping out of the vending machine,and its the extra butter kind. 25k this weekend then in2 weeks bayshore I would like to be 180 by bayshore.

Okay - I'm down to 135.4 today - just .2 pounds of being down 3 pounds overall. I think that is a "gimmie" though?
2 more to go to reach goal for this challenge. I was a bit surprised at the scale. I cheated and weighed myself yesterday. Last night we had burgers on the grill - I had a craving for them - and then ice cream! Still weighed the same this morning - woohoo!! It's been a bit of a yo-yo effect, but it is coming off.

MarathonD - tomorrow looks perfect for your 25K - good luck!!

OK many noticed the parasite cleanse. I was prompted to do one when my sister started one along with a series of Colonic. I also have battled Candida off and on. SO w/o TMI lets say everyone who has ever eaten Raw Fish ( I ate sushi for 6 years until I got scrombriod poisoning from ahi tuna) or Rare Beef, unwashed fruit and veggies, should do one !

I started with 6 weeks Dr Natura and now stepped up to some more intense one. This may last another 6 weeks as it is working well. I am drinking a Royal Tea & Royal Defense Probiotics (which is Soil Organisms from www.thewolfeclinic.com)[/URL" target="_blank"> for intestinal balance and will stay on that forever ! There are several brands of the SO;s. Garden for Life is another.

I lost 1 pound so far! Yahoo!! Any way of losing 4 more in 2 weeks? I don't think so.. but I'll be happy with another pound or two.

Looks like we're ending Week 3. Let's get aboard for the next 2 weeks.

I didn't lose scale weight this week but my clothes are lose. I can get into a few of my 2's. Cool. I think adding more weights in and for three weeks now I have been doing hill runs. So that may have kept scale weight same as I gained some muscle and dropped alittle fat.
