Weekly Run & X-Training w/e May 20th

Hi everyone,
we had a very busy week with many great races, some smoking PRs and some memorable boomer reunions . Thanks goes to all of you who include their totals in their updated post, makes putting the tally together so much easier. For those who didn't, I added up the posted and/or planned miles, let me know if it's correct. Some of you stayed away this week, so I added DNP beside your name; it means "did not post", not anything bad . I encourage you to come and post again.

bty- 127 miles Cycling (wow!), 2 miles walking, 2x strength training, 2x crossweeding. Raspberries ? send them my way. Dandelions ? no thanks, got my own.
