Ak, running late yet again.

Warm, humid morning here in Maryland. Definitely not feeling sproinky today.

Stats: 9.1 GA miles with 10x100m striders, 1:12 (7:55/mi)

Nothing sproinky here either. I tried to throw in some MP miles toward the end of my 12 miler this morning, but didn't have it.

Probably some leftover blahs from the 20 last Sunday and work.So this was one of those just-put-in-the-miles run. Slow 9:28 min/mile pace but I'll take it. Avg. HR at 140.

Don't forget to post your July Miles with the substitute accountant MS.
