Hi !

I'm sorry; I sympathize with your frustration. I looked up your login information however (I e-mailed it to you to make sure you were using the correct info), and was able to get to the boards with no problem.

Take note of the below however because we need to keep the tech updated on everyone's individual loggin issue.

The techs believe the root of the problem lies in the fact the the your computer is not properly accepting the cookie. There are some questions that we can ask that will help us diagnose the issue. There's only a very small percentage of members who are having this issue so it's something on the members computers causing the conflict.

1) What are your privacy settings. In ie7 on the menu bar (if its not showing click the ALT button) go to tools --> internet options --> then click on the privacy tab. (medium, medium-high, low, etc)

2) What does your clock read. Is it off by more than 30 minutes.

3) Do you have any third party toolbar plugins or security software (if so, delete or disable them to test the login)
4) Are you up to date with windows updates?
5) Does it work in firefox? You can download firefox browser and try using that at http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/.

Firefox is a more secure browser than MSIE and you can actually have both browsers installed and switch back and forth. You can use Firefox just to make site updates if you want. Most members have found that this is working for them.

Please send your feedback on these and we'll forward to the tech department. You can respond to the e-mail I sent you.
