There's alot of people that will be running. It will probably be pretty busy for the first couple miles til people separate.

Crowd support is ok near the actual parks, but there are stretches where you'll go down service roads, and there won't be anyone. They do supply those areas with Disney characters sometimes though.

The pre race expo, the bag drop off, the start and finish all worked out fine. No confusion and fuss, at least that I was aware of, and it was my first race.

I believe I ate half a bagel and was full (of nerves). Just make sure you load up the day before. Nowadays, I just drink OJ to get my prerace calories.

We are doing 7 and 12 this weekend. Did 7 and 10 last week and it was tiring. It's definitely something I need to get my body used to.

I'd contact the hotel closer to race time to see if they have any arrangements. And if you do drive yourself, make sure you mapquest before you go.

My half marathon went well today. I PR'd. I expect the 10k tomorrow to be slow. But, I feel relatively good so far.

We are doing runs both Saturday and Sunday, but the Sat. runs are more qualified as mid-distance. They are generally around 7 miles per Saturday and then the long run Sunday. Near the peak of training it gets to 11 on Saturday, but that's about it.
