Do you still run for the same reason?
Now, it "helps my sanity" relieves my stress really well. That runners high. Also it's really good for getting and staying in shape.
What does running do for you? (relax you, get you out of the house, challenge you)

I have more energy, am happier, more in shape, more athletic and strong. Generally I think I'm just a better person.
Do you believe that there?s a ?running community?? do runners make up a culture?
Yep. You know there's a community when you're having trouble in a race and a complete stranger you don't even know gives you advice or when you're running and another runner smiles and waves at you.
Do you run solo or with others most of the time?
Solo usually.

Yeah.

Guitar, violin, reading, acting, French and poetry.
Do your peers know that you run? Are you a ?runner??
