Marine Corps Marathon in D.C.

I've run 2 marathons (last one was in spring 06') and I'm running the Marine Corps Marathon in late October. I have been cycling more than I have been running since March and usually rode about 150-160 miles a week. I've been recently running more in the past month or two. Would it be ok to still run the marathon or should I hold off and train better for one in the spring???

    I'd say you have a pretty solid fitness level but Dude get off the bike now.  With the race on Oct. 28th you need to be putting in some running miles.  I would think you should do at least 2 long runs from now til the event.  Even with your fitness level you have to teach your body to get thru the last 10 miles of the marathon. Those long runs will do that.
