i've always thought my legs have been pretty toned, not overboard, but pretty good. but holy cow! how do u get legs like that????????????????????????????????? impossible! for me it is anyways

I'd guess some combination of squats/light weights, playing another sport, or just genetics. Some people put on muscle better than others.

i Bet when ur running ur legs look like that you just never seen them.

Increase millage but slowly or then you wont be running at all from all the pain your in.

I have muscular legs (nothing like hers) but because of that guys in my school call me man woman.
