4x30???

Hello, I am doing summer training for cross country season and for next month there are a couple of days that say:
6-10 miles; 4x30 seconds sprints at the end of
your run, take 60 seconds rest between sprints.

What exactly does that mean? 4x30???

Four sprints, each for 30 seconds in duration, with 60 seconds of rest between.

Actually, Taco has it wrong, it's supposed to be sprinting for thirty seconds and resting for a minute, done four times.
