My summer camp is going to practice 4 times a week no reps, and then about 4 weeks before school we start doing reps once a week, with about 6 runs a week. (including reps)

never been to a running camp...

okay Alexanderthegr8. mormons are NOT and i repeat NOT polygamists. they used to be, but it is now completly out of the religion. polygamists can't be baptized or have too much to do with the church. also, just because it's at BYU, doesn't mean they're mormon. i know a lot of nonmormons go to the sports camps because they have excellent training, so please, don't critisize what you don't know.

By all means go!!! I went to a camp the summer between my 10th and 11th grade years and it was an AWESOME experience. Not only did I learn a lot from some great runners, but just the overall bonding experience is one I'll never forget. I honestly think that it has made me a much better runner. It was experience, but well worth it!!

Does anyone know of a running camp in Canada? I'm interested in going to one but living in Toronto means that the US isnt that much of an option for me. Thanks for any suggestions.
