Head Webmaster forgot Password

I am a head webmaster of my site however I have forgotten my password. What am I to do?

Hi,

We just saw yesterday's email as well and deleted it since you posted on the boards. If you can do one or the other that would be great. Otherwise it duplicates the work.

Anyway, it looks like you had a typo in the email address entered when you updated your user account. I emailed you the username/email associated to that site.

My apologies for the multiple emails .... for the future I know.

Now the email address that you have sent me, is a typo and would need to be corrected. How would one go about correcting the email so they can retrieve the password?

I'm assuming that the email address you're using to post is the correct email. If so, then that email address is already in use. You'll need to log in with this account at http://eteamz.active.com/login and click "view/edit profile" to change the email on this account as each account requires a unique email. Once you do, that email address will then become available to use for your admin account and you can edit the typo.

I have done that and it doesn't grant me access to the ADMIN section of my page. I changed the email acct, and password, but I cannot then locate where to access my page. It says in a green box welcome and that I am not currently admin of that page.

Are you logging in with the email address you're using to post? If so, that is not your admin account. I emailed you the correct email/username to use that gives you admin access (it's the one where you made the typo).

I understand I am currently logging in with a user account and not my admin account, however, the problem lies in that the email address that I made the typo on, doesn't exist. So if it is sending an email to a none existing account, how am I supposed to request a new password.or update and change the information?

I have entered the email address/username and the password that you have sent to me and it gives me the following message:

"An account was not found with this username and password. Please try again."

There was an issue with the password on that account. Your password needed to be re-set but the only way to do that would be to send you an email at that email address (the one with the typo). So, I added you to the site with the email address you're using now. There was an issue with that because you had 2 other accounts also set up with this email address. I'll email you with the details on what I did to get around it. In any case, you're all set to log in with the username you're using to post.
