anyone know good x-c camp?

I'm looking for a good xc camp for a high school sophomore and senior. It needs to be a week in late July (16 - 28). We live in Shreveport, LA. Would be willing to travel any where in the southeast.

yea i do, for 5000 me and crazy1 will come to your house for a week and scream at you until you get your stride write. Plus the midnight 20 mile runs while crazy follows you on the bike.

I know ZAP Fitness is in a really nice area of North Carolina (is there anywhere in NC that isn't nice?). Check out their website, they likely have a running camp or two over the summer.

There are actually a couple of option we offer.

I can follow you on the bike ($5000)

I can follow you on the bike with a cattle prod($7500)

Or I can follow you on my bike with a cattle prod and spikes sticking out of my wheels for when you fall down. (10,000

We expect a 4000 dollar non refundable deposit by June 1st.
