"In France, Jogging Is a Running Joke"

http://www.washingtonpost.com/wp-dyn/content/article/2007/07/06/AR2007070602104.html?hpid=topnews[/URL" target="_blank">

"On the primary state television channel, France 2, Alain Finkielkraut, a leading French intellectual, recently demanded that Sarkozy(the president) give up his "undignified" exercise. Not only did he imply that exposing the boss's naked knees is something that never would have occurred in the time of Mitterrand, much less Louis XIV, Finkielkraut claimed strolling is the proper activity of the thinking person, from Socrates to the poet Arthur Rimbaud."

Crazy people are funny..

Who would win in a race between Sarkozy and Bush? I know Bush is the all-time fastest US President but Sarkozy seems to run a lot and he's a little younger.
However given that Webb beat Balaa last week I'll give Bush the nod.

You guys are taking this to seriously. You should be happy the new leader of one of America's closest ally is a runner like yourself.

Somethings, like passions (for running) surpass nationality.

I dunno, maybe I'm just a hippy.

Stop smoking so much pot:P

Didn't Bush stop running because it was too hard on his sissy knees or something?

quite the opposite, a hippy would argue that bush's running is an insult to obese people of the world and he should be impeached for it
